I can assist with design on commercial, but it needs to be stamped by both an architect and an engineer. I can help facilitate this process and work with the architect and engineers directly to provide a turnkey service for you.

I can handle all required building permits, required engineering experts, and inspections.  I am not interested in building a large company but will personally handle the construction and design and limit the number of projects I am handling at any one time.

I will personally handle all aspects of the project but am happy to work with an interior designer if the owner has hired one. My experience in California and Utah exceeds any local builder in traditional houses. I have an architectural library of over 2500 volumes and love the process.

Beyond the standard bank construction loans, it might be possible to gain more favorable terms under some government loan programs, although these programs are usually intended for final mortgage loans, not construction loans.
